Children = Accessories?
From the Virginian-Pilot:

I don't have kids, but I'm pretty sure that's not what it's like...

Not unless you're a sick old bitch happy to know that when she's 15 that same daughter will be pierced from head to toe, pregnant, with bright pink spiky hair, because it was the best way to rebel against your suburban middle-class refusal to see her as a unique individual.
